Integrated Therapeutic Bodywork
With traditional massage modalities, such as Swedish, deep tissue, and trigger point therapy, and a combination of the modalities listed below, an integrated massage encompasses multiple modalities to elicit maximum benefits and provide relief from muscle pain and tension. One should experience improved joint mobility, reduction in adhesions/restrictions, and less chronic aches and pains.
Additionally, the massage table provides PEMF and far infrared therapies.

Infant/Pediatric Touch Therapy
With formal pediatric and infant massage training from the Liddle Kidz Foundation, a variety of massage and touch therapy techniques will be used to aid in the health and wellness of your child.
This 30-minute appointment will consist of a collaborative approach to touch therapy involving the massage therapist and the parent/guardian/caregiver providing the therapy together.
Touch Therapy can assist with skeletal, muscular, digestive, circulatory, respiratory, and nervous systems ailments.

Fertility Massage
This Nurturing the Mother® Fertility Massage protocol is designed to enhance your potential to conceive naturally or with assisted reproductive technology. The intention of this specific massage is to support the body in cleansing (with castor oil packs), reducing stress hormones, balancing reproductive hormones, and stimulating the reproductive organs with reflexology. It's also designed to support you to achieve a state of balance emotionally, with visualizations, affirmations, and guided meditation.
Our plan for your treatments is to "clean house" to provide a safe and healthy environment for your potential child. Regardless, if you are trying naturally or assisted, it is important to establish a healthy lifestyle that encourages the most optimal situation for conception.
This protocol may include a castor oil pack with heat on the abdomen, craniosacral and myofascial release of the external pelvis, abdominal massage, reflexology, and acupressure of the conception meridians.

Vodder Technique Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a type of gentle massage which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart. Benefits: increase lymph formation, promote an increased rate of lymph flow, reduce swelling within the tissues, and cellular waste removal.
Please be advised this is NOT Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage, and Vodder MLD techniques are much lighter and slower.

Myofascial Release (MFR) is a soft tissue therapy for the treatment of skeletal muscle immobility and pain. The method engages the myofascial tissue and loads it with constant force until release occurs. To achieve this, practitioners can use knuckles, elbows, or other tools to slowly stretch the restricted fascia. The practitioner moves slowly through the layers of the fascia until the deep tissues are reached.

CranioSacral Therapy (CST) uses light touch therapy to release restrictions in soft tissue that surround the central nervous system. Postpartum massage can take place immediately following the birth of your child. Massage can reduce fascial restrictions/adhesions due to posture while holding/feeding your child, abnormal sleep habits, and the normal stresses placed on the body following a pregnancy.

Tok Sen therapy is an ancient Thai relaxation and healing tradition that uses a wooden hammer and wedge tool to deliver rhythmic tapping along the body's Sen energy lines. The practice involves applying rhythmic pressure with hands, thumbs, and sometimes a wooden stick to points on the feet, enhancing circulation, releasing tension, and promoting overall balance and well-being.

The ultimate indulgent enhancement. With a blend of rosemary essential oil, sweet almond oil, and castor oil, you will receive a therapeutic 30-minute scalp massage. Rosemary has anti-microbial and anti-inflammatory properties and supports hair growth. Castor oil is hydrating and promotes healthy scalp.
